woke up at 840am, dress up and head off to the gym with kelly... its been some time since i did some exercise... did some running, cycling and exercise for the arms.. felt very thirsty and tired while doing exercise of the arms and decided to take a rest and drink some water.. went out to grab my water.. when i was at the selves where i left my stuff, my head started to spin and i felt very weak.. vision starts to get blur and dark... i cant see.. felt the wall beside me and stood down against the wall.. stupid me.. should have taken some breakfast or rather a glass of milk before i went.. vision starts to get back to normal and i went to the toilet to take a rest.. kelly came after me and company me till i get better.. my face was so pale and lips turn white... think i jus too weak.. should train more often.. wanted to go back to gym to contiune with the training but was told off by kelly and decided to go tmr instead..

Got back to hostel for my breakfast.. hot breakfast.. my fav.. took quite alot.. while eating, Rus and Ern pop by.. they jus got back from sdy.. they look so tired.. Rus didnt talk much and head back to his room... think he wont be up till dinner.. haa No donuts from them.. they didnt get to go to the shop..

Back in my room again, bath, washed my clothes and then buried in notes and books again.. got to finish off with my report which i've yet to complete it yest.. jus came back from library to get some books for reference.. tired...
