Biology~~
I hated this particular module as it is suppose to be an Organic major but it feels as though i'm learning biology... not that i hate bio, but it just sucks to be in this module... anyway this is not the main point of this post... learn something interesting from this sucky module today...
Why are some animals, eg bird, their flesh are white while some others are red?
As there are two different system in our body that generates energy... 1: Glycolysis and 2: Respiration
Glycolysis is a fast process to generate energy and animals such as birds requires lots of energy for flying and that it got to be a fast process and this leads to the flesh being white... specifically why, i'm not very sure... and thus the other way for animals having red flesh... wooohoo... haa and humans is group under pink flesh and this is because human uses both as frequently!!! cool huh...
